A useful addition to any cardboard engineers toolbox is a pair of tweezer or pliers. Ideally they should have smooth jaws so as not to mark the card. After gluing a quick nip with pliers or tweezers makes for a quick, clean and neat joint. They're also handy in tight squeezes or for the large fingered among us!
