Paper Passions

papers I've been reprinting various of our kits. The photograph here shows sample pages from the Mexican Peck kit.
The centre of the three sheets shows the current paper we use. 230 micron pulp board. I chose pulp board because it is easy to glue using water based glue - it also has good structural strength.
To the left is the first sample of paper sent by out printer. This is 230 micron cartridge paper. Again, it has good strength and gluability but the print quality! Arghh. Mottled and not very dense. So, I contacted the printer for suggestions. To the right is coated matte art board. Lovely rich colours, the paper has a matte finish but the appears gloss where it is printed. I was worried that it would not be possible to glue with water based glue but it works fine! So... as models are reprinted, they will be done in 230 micron coated matte art board.
