Motorised Sheep

ewedisplayI've been making motorised displays for shops. That is, Rod from the toy museum has been making displays for me. They look great! The model is powered by a geared three volt motor with a couple of batteries in the base. Posted by robives at July 22, 2004 04:42 PM

Wow! Rob, this looks just fabulous! I've been planning on buying a motor and trying to mkae a model that runs with it, and now I think I actually will :) thanks
I still prefer the traditional models in which you can move everything by hand, but that is 100% fantastic anyway..

Reminds me a bit of those Victorian slot machines-very industrial and a fascination with all things mechanical. I like the look of it too, but I still like the fact that with the cardboard and wood models I can make it from the ground up, mostly with stuff at home.
